- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems across client sites
- Coordinate guard deployments and mobile patrol response
- Maintain accurate logs and escalate incidents per SOPs
- Communicate clearly with officers, clients and authorities
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Calm, clear communicator under pressure
- Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts
- Control-room or dispatch experience preferred
